Meet the Owner

I started this crazy journey as a single mom who had lost 110lbs. I had a background in boxing and weightlifting but I was also a cardio junkie. I believe hybrid training is the best way to gain strength, agility and lose body fat. The combination of these formats allowed me to reach my own goals and I wanted to help others reach theirs too. Between wanting to share result driven workouts I wanted to help others realize we can "do it all" and squeeze in time for self improvement within our busy schedules but it starts with understanding that the "do it all" part looks different for everyone. I opened Tone It Studio to help busy individuals find balance and joy in becoming fit! Tone It Studio is able to do this by offering a variety of classes with strength training in mind while incorporating cardio, yoga, and agility classes. We also offer class times that work around parents schedules and busy working individuals. We have added on Mindset Coaching and Nutrition Coaching ro help guide you in all aspects of health and fitness to better assist clients in reaching their goals.

We have an amazing staff that is dedicated in helping 1:1 clients as well as members of group classes. No matter what program at Tone It you take on, our staff is eager to help! As the owner I pride myself on having such a strong group of instructors and coaches, without them Tone It wouldn't be what it is today.
