BOOTCAMP
The ultimate strength and cardio class! This class is our biggest push of the week with so much energy! We combine resistance and cardio circuits for a high calorie burning workout!
LIFT
Imagine a personal training session but with a group of like minded individuals. Specific days are allocated to upper/lower/full body and we take you through training sessions together. Training sessions include resistance, conditioning and cardio exercises. Join us and meet up with your fit fam for a team class several times a week!
Booty Burn
Feel the burn in this 45 minute resistance band class! All leg exercises and cardio bursts are performed while wearing a booty band to isolate and target those glute muscles! Fabric bands are encouraged so bring em if you got em, however, rubber thigh bands available in studio.

Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing.

KETTLEBELL ATTACK
Kettlebells offer a different kind of training using dynamic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness—endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance. This high intensity class is the perfect mix of everything you need in a workout!
SIT (Sprint Interval Training) This class includes periods of intense work followed by a longer rest period. This class is generally suitable for intermediate fitness levels. Beginners can take it down by not using weights or lighter weights.
Core & SIT Intervals
Heated Sculpt is a combination of power yoga and strength training designed to create a full-body workout. Combines traditional yoga poses awith strength training and hand weights, this high-intensity workout will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed and uplifted
HEATED SCULPT
Holy cardio and arms! This class is fast, fun, and a total arm burner! We do kickboxing movements with hand weights. Definitely a member fav on our schedule!
CARDIO
KICKBOXING
TRX is a full-body strength workout that utilizes body weight with the use of suspension straps. We also add weights to this class format to take it up a notch! Build power, strength, flexibility, balance & mobility all at the intensity you choose.
TRX & WEIGHTS
Vinyasa yoga is a creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. The beauty of Vinyasa yoga is the variety.
